Every single product goes through the hands of a skilled operator and a quality control associate before ending up at your door. If for some reason you are not happy with the product, please contact us within 30 days after the product has been received and we will try our best to solve the problem.
If you are still not happy, you can send the product back to us for a full refund. Please contact us before sending the product back so we can provide you with a reference number so your return can be issued once we receive the item back.
The product must be returned unused and in its original condition with its original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping fee to return the product to us. You may want to consider insurance and tracking for your returned item as we cannot be responsible for items missing during transit back to us.
You will be notified once we receive the item. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing that the item is in the condition described above. It may take your bank a number of days to post the refund in your account.
